It's a very bad insurance company I have a non-fault claim with them and after I'm waiting for three months to give me the result and my money they cancel my policy for no reason and they were too rude to me

Avoid this insurance company . check your excess and its probably GBP3000 and your windscreen cover is NOT covered fully ! up to GBP300

Apr 5, 2019I got Xs direct insurance through complete cover group.
I was helped with my car insurance by a nice girl called Sophia at complete cover group she coached me into getting such a great deal by guiding me to say I was married and a nurse ( I never knew this would get you money off your insurance) although I’m happy with my insurer XS direct I feel my excess is high. My friend said she did the same with him and got him discounts he said her name was Sophia hassain, we would have loved to give 5 stars to the complete cover group and Xs direct but feel that she get getting a lot of commission so don’t need it but are happy to recommend using this company for discounts.

Upset me. Even gave me a at fault claim for no reason when they could clearly see that the third party was at fault. Do not insure with this company as they are out here to help the third party instead of you so they can make extra cash o the side. I don’t even want to give them a star. got into an accident wasn’t my fault bare in mind this was 4 months ago, they have only just got back to me saying I basically lost and have to pay an amount that nobody has in their account at that present moment I told them okay I’ll pay in instalments and the man told me if I do that he would cancel my insurance bare in mind my insurance is already finished supposed to get a renewal quote so what exactly are you cancelling.
They like to threaten you cause if an insurance company cancel your policy getting a new one could be difficult all I’ll say is don’t use them I didn’t even know they where attached to the insurance company I was originally with

Advertisement Sep 26, 2020SCAMS! FRAUDSTERS! After I lost both my parents in the same year, I was left with my mums bmw x5. I couldnt get insured anywhere else as I was 24 at the time and barely had my licence a year.
Unfortunately my mums car got stolen as I parked it 2 streets away from my house for the week as I didnt renew the permit for the house ( as I was going through probate) - I kept getting tickets so I thought let me park 2 streets away for a few days until I get my new permit. Badluck as the car was stolen the same day I got the permit and to pick it up. They said its a void as it was false address or something. I had to pay to get the car towed to them once they found it all stripped. Was £600. Then it took a whole 15 months for them to reply and say they will not be paying out. Not only do I have to pay the outstanding loan on the car of £26,000. they sent me another letter for investigations costs etc for around another 600. Called them multiple times and cant get through anyone. This has completely fuc*ed me up. They just want to take money from you non-stop. Urgh I hope this company closes down. Everyone there should rot in hell
